Sjølyst Utvikling AS and Knut Kvisvik, former chief of establishment for the Rimi-chain in Latvia, founded Sia Home, a management company for finding and executing projects.

The first project, Jurmula, contains 15 000 square meters of residental and commercial property.

The zoning plan is approved, but construction start is delayed due to turbulent financial times in Latvia.
