In 1998 Sjølyst Utvikling AS (40 %), Veidekke ASA (40 %) and Grant Invest AS (20 %) acquired a large area in the centre of Lørenskog, near Oslo.

Several parts of the project are fully developed, and many are currently under way. The total potential is
236 000 square meters of residental, commercial and public buildings.

The whole project was sold to Hansa Property Group ASA in 2007, but Sjølyst Utvikling AS was still responsible for managing the project for one year after the sale.
