The industrial area of Nebb in Skøyen, Oslo was between 1995-1999 developed into various commercial buildings:

1997: Sjølyst Plass 1, 2 and 3 - multitenant office-building - 30 000 sq.m.
1997: Sjølyst Plass 4 - multitenant office-building - 6 500 sq.m.
1998: Sjølyst Plass 5 - hotel, offices, shops - 11 000 sq.m.
1998: Karenslyst Allé 20 - headquarter - 12 000 sq.m.
1998: Skabosvei 4 - headquarter - 17 000 sq.m.

The buildings were sold to Vår Bank og Forsikring AS, which now is part of SpareBank 1 Livsforsikring AS.

Veidekke AS, Scandic hotel, Norsk Moteforum AS, ISS Management AS, Deloitte & Touche DA and Sjølyst Utvikling AS are today among the tenantry.
