Sjølyst Utvikling AS and local partners owns Nedrehagen AS, which is developing a large project in Sogndal.
The zoning plan was approved in december 2008, and it includes 32 600 square meters of shopping centre, 21 800 square meters for space intensive product, 5 000 square meters of residences and 1 300 parking spots.
Estimated construction start is in 2012.
